Our brand-new Universal Conduit System contains everything you need to get creative with your lighting scheme both indoors and out. This new design can be paired with a selection of Jim Lawrence lights or added to an existing conduit scheme to develop it further.

A wonderful solution for transforming unsightly external wiring into a stunning feature, this smart 20mm universal conduit system enables you to connect your chosen wall and pendant lights, plug sockets and switches along a wall or ceiling while hiding unsightly wiring. The system is ideal for introducing heritage, industrial style to a property or where solid walls prevent you from hiding electrics in a cavity.

The brass tubing carefully conceals and shelters your cables, protecting them from moisture and offering long durable protection without forsaking style for function. Hand finished in our popular Antiqued Brass; this kit opens the floor for greater personalisation for your lighting scheme at home.

CONDUIT ROSE​

Our new conduit ceiling rose is designed to fit a selection of bulbs in standard and vintage styles. Fit on the ceiling for a striking pendant orientation or against the wall for a traditionally industrial look. For those of you who wish to pair your conduit kit with our wall lighting designs instead of a naked bulb, you can purchase the Four Way Junction Box to fit a number of existing Jim Lawrence wall light designs.

MOUNTING BOX

The new mounting boxes allow for the addition of switches and sockets to your conduit, helping you to configure a perfect lighting scheme no matter the setting. Please note, the socket and switches are suitable for indoor conduit use only.

Choose from a Four Way Junction Box or T Junction Box to route your cables across your walls and ceiling exactly where you need them.

INDOOR STYLING INSPIRATION

Choose from 6 of our bestselling wall light designs to fit with your Four Way Junction Box. The Brooke, Dulwich, Scallop, Shotley, Eleigh and Barbican Wall Lights share the same backplate which can easily be fitted to the Junction Box to complete the look. For hard to reach areas like beams or higher ceilings that need more focused and directional lighting, try pairing our Single Curtis or Single Edgeware spot lights with the universal conduit system.

A lot of brands (ourselves included) tend to put a lot of focus on the interior of a home. This is because it’s where we spend most of our time (inside, looking out) but what about when we’re on the outside looking in, realising the exterior is looking a little tired? IP RATING​

Our Conduits are IP rated 44 for use in bathrooms and outdoors if used with compatible lighting.  The conduit system works via a series of push fit couplers to join the tube between junction boxes. The couplers have an internal O-Ring that presses against the tube creating an IP seal making them safe for damp settings. Learn more about IP ratings in our Knowledge Base.
